Scott moved to Florida in 1989. After high school he attended Florida State University, graduating with Bachelors degrees in Risk Management / Insurance as well as Human Resource Management. Scott started his career in sales with a large national Health Insurance Company, selling health insurance to large businesses throughout Florida. 17 years ago Scott founded SJK Insurance Consulting, Inc. and has grown the business to multiple locations throughout Florida. Scott has two son's Evan and Caden. When he's not at work he enjoys spending time with his son's hiking, golfing and participating in triathlons.

Karen has lived in Spring Hill since 1982, relocating from Long Island New York. A graduate of St. Leo College with a degree in Marketing and Finance. She holds a 220 & 215 insurance licenses. Karen has over 23 years experience in the Insurance Industry and is involved in several community organizations and charities as well as her church for over 30 years.

She is married to her husband Ken for 35 years and has two children; Andrew, a Lieutenant in the US Navy and Alec, an AeroSpace Engineer. As an empty nester she enjoys spending time in her craft room and traveling with her husband Ken and dog Zeva in their camper exploring the beautiful USA. As the Benefits Manager for SJK Insurance Consulting, Karen looks forward to making a positive impact by offering her knowledge, counsel and a superior customer service experience.
